Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders within the UK are delivered within 3-5 working days. International orders may take 7-14 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

  • Eligibility:
    • You must inform us within 36 hours of delivery of any issues.
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Items MUST be returned clean, any items found to be dirty will be refused for refund or replacement.
    • The returns form provided must be completed and included in your return parcel.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods i.e Edible items
    • Custom products
    • Used items
    • Dirty items
    • Unsealed goods
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  • The item must be returned CLEAN, any dirty items will be refused and a return postage cost will be applied to your account.
  • We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
  • Any products that are returned back to us that are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
